The procedure for booking an appointment is slightly different for a medical facility than for a doctor.
Booking appointment with doctor
For doctors, you can only book an online appointment and once you have selected your preferred doctor and are viewing their profile, you can go ahead and tap the "Book appointment" button to reveal a list of possible time slots from which you can select according to your preference. The price of the appointments per session is displayed on the doctor's profile page. Note that you shall be prompted to pay before the service is delivered.
Also note that if you haven't logged in yet at this point, the site will redirect you to log in first and then return you to this page to complete the booking.
The doctor shall be notified after your booking request and you'll soon receive feedback accordingly.
Booking appointment with medical facility
While viewing the profile of a medical facility, you see a few selection prompts from which you specify your preferences, including the services you want, whether online or physical, and optionally, a different doctor among those available. The price of the service is also displayed according to your selection. Note that you shall be prompted to pay before the service is delivered.
Also note that if you haven't logged in yet at this point, the site will redirect you to log in first and then return you to this page to complete the booking.
