Any time a client would like an appointment with you, you shall get a whatsapp text message with details of the requested date and time. You can either confirm or cancel the appointment, according to your preferred schedule. The option of canceling also lets you suggest to the client an alternative time in which they can meet have the appointment.
Note that physical appointments are only available for medical facilities and doctors not registered as a medical facility can only be booked for online sessions.
For medical facility
On confirmation, the client shall be prompted to pay according to the fees you set for the requested service and after successful payment, you shall be sent a notification text via Whatsapp containing a 5-digit token number in case the appointment booked was physical. The client shall also be sent this same token and it is the one you shall use to verify their identity and appointment details at the time of the appointment when the client comes to the facility.
In case the appointment booked was online, the Whatsapp text notification shall contain a video link which can be shared with the appropriate doctor in the medical facility according to the service listed, and the meeting can then go on at the set time.
For doctor
On confirmation, the client shall be prompted to pay according to the fees you set and after successful payment, you shall be sent a link of the video meeting between you and them from which you shall meet at the agreed time and date.
