If your appointment is physical at the medical facility, simply present your token number received via Whatsapp after paying and then you should be further directed by the facility personnel appropriately.
If your appointment is online, tap the appointment link sent to you via Whatsapp after paying, at the scheduled time and date, and your doctor should be waiting for you on the other end of the call or coming online shortly.
While you're at it, you can see in the top right corner of the interface, a "Post-meeting ratings" button which you may use after the video call ends. This is how you can provide to us feedback on the doctor/medical facility and you can write any comments in it too. This feedback helps us improve our services.
